Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy

A great story retold

The book Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy redefined espionage fiction and brought more fans to the genre by focusing on the real human drama in the spy business. It was brought to the screen in the form of a six hour mini-series by BBC, and more recently a movie adaptation staring Gary Oldman.

This version combines great actors and a fantastic story in ways true to the book. Fans who read the book or saw the BBC mini-series will love this one.

The problems in this story, problems of trust and the need to share information but the need to protect sources, are problems businesses and governments deal with today. Who would you trust if you needed help with your most sensitive projects? What if you had problems trusting your current team? Who would your George Smiley be?
